Boosting self Confidence has never been so simple!

We all dream of making it big in life. Don’t we?

What stops us from achieving those dreams?

We limit our potential telling ourselves that few dreams are impossible to achieve.

If that is the truth, then how could Elon Musk start Space X which is a revolution in Space technology?

Before the launch of Space X, no one would have ever imagined about the concept of interplanetary living.

The timeframe which he had set for this impossible mission to make it possible was 10 years.

And you know what?

His dream was realized 18 years later.

The take away for us is to dream big and be bold enough to achieve them.

Now, the challenge is how do we achieve them and what is the most important prerequisite for it.

The most important prerequisite is Self-confidence.

If you are confident & clear of what you want, you are half way through.

It’s acceptable that there are days when our confidence levels go low.

Like so there are many ways to boost your self-confidence.

  1. Try Mirror Therapy: Whenever your confidence levels dip, just stand in front of the mirror and say nice things to yourself. I know we often did this when we were a child, but as we grew up we left this wonderful habit of loving our self.
  2. Creative Visualization: Practicing Creative Visualization is going to reap amazing benefits. You just have to steal 5–10 minutes a day and sit down to visualize your dreams. Play the image of what you wish to do that day, next day, next month and next year.

Self-confidence is not tested when things go right. The actual test is when things don’t go as planned. That’s the time to show up by boosting your confidence levels.
